Deposits made on multiple services or package treatments are non-refundable, but may be used as a credit toward future spa services.
No-shows and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% the scheduled service price.

Erika Taylor Urban Spa is pleased to accept Spa Finder gift cards and certificates. Please note that these items may only apply to spa services and must be presented before any services are performed to be considered a valid payment option.
Erika Taylor Urban Spa considers itself a place of relaxation and escape for each of our guests. Hair services are limited to children 12 years and older. We appreciate your understanding that our facility is restricted to children under the age of 12.
For your convenience, we offer designated parking spaces for our clients against the rear of the building. Please park in the spaces marked as reserved for Urban Spa patrons ONLY. Do not park under the green awning. Cars which are parked in any spaces not clearly marked for Urban Spa patrons may be subject to towing. Street parking is readily available, as well as two adjacent flat-rate parking lots.
All new clients requesting an appointment with Erika Taylor must call to place an appointment and place a deposit of 50% the scheduled service price.
